RavelCreator is a software tool operated by Core-FBM Management Ltd (CRN 17168590), trading as RavelCreator. It processes video files you upload and returns derived files to you. We are a software provider. We do not host, publish, or distribute content to the public. Output files are made available only to the account that uploaded the source.
You must be at least 18 years old to use RavelCreator. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Agency accounts are responsible for the conduct of every team member they grant access to.
You retain ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store and process those files to provide the service.
By uploading, you confirm that:
Strictly prohibited: any content involving a minor; any content depicting non-consensual activity; any content published without the consent of those appearing in it; and any content that is otherwise unlawful. We report suspected child sexual abuse material to the authorities. Accounts are terminated immediately and without refund.
You may not resell or redistribute access to the service, attempt to circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineer the service, or use it to process content you have no right to.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give at least [INSERT NOTICE PERIOD] notice of any price change. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend access for maintenance, or to protect the service and its users.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, or data.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and will do so immediately where clause 3 is breached. On termination your files are deleted after [INSERT PERIOD].
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
